Frank is Vitech’s CEO and Founder. Frank’s vision and passion has driven the design and evolution of the V3locity product from its very first release, through to today. Frank harbors a deep belief in the transformative power of technology. This, combined with his relentless pursuit of excellence, has led Vitech to be the choice of premier insurance, retirement, and investment organizations around the world. Under Frank’s leadership, Vitech has grown from a small local consultancy to an international firm of over 1,200 employees.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from New York University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University.
